The bathroom was so dirty. It took over 20 min for 3 burgers and fry’s then the meat looked like it had been sitting for hours and cold I asked for it to be remade for my child and it took 20 more min of waiting before I asked for my remade burger at least 5 other people had the same issue the manager could care less he rolled his eyes at me I waited another 10 min for my remade burger just for that one not to be correct either and then the strawberry drink made my other...read full review
Manager refused a refund for their lack of service . I placed a mobile order (in advance ) because I knew the service wasn’t gonna be at minimum decent 😭. After waiting and waiting no help and no acknowledgment, even though it said my (mobile ) order was ready . It wasn’t on the shelf and no one called out my number and after waiting , I had no choice but to go because of my ride that I didn’t call until (late).
