I just received my DoorDash order. I asked for no ice in my drink, and I got ice without a straw. The fries aren’t even in the box. I asked for a well-done quarter, and they used quarter meat that was already up. Like, are y’all dumb?

This location continues to go downhill! Rude people in the drive-through barking for you to go to the next window I guess so their timer doesn’t show they are taking too long bc no one was behind me. Never a please or a thank you. You can’t order food delivery from this place because they can’t even get the simplest order correct. Clearly on the label it says unsweet tea and I get sweet tea. Clearly on the label it says hashbrowns included with my meal that I paid for and I don’t get those either. Once I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and I got a round egg instead of scrambled eggs. Attention to detail is not this location’s strong suit nor do they care. Do better McDonald’s and making sure these people are trained right and supervised correctly. It’s not that hard to read a ticket and follow it. Oh and there’s never straws for drinks or napkins in the delivery bag. The napkins can be excused to a point but no straws? Lazy.

I always walk down Waters Avenue to go there. I love the entrance (the order online pickup or waiting long) on Armenia Avenue so I don't have to walk around the building to the front entrance.

Picklemans Cafe

Took a very long time while I was sitting at the window I saw female guest coming in behind the counter getting entertainment from employees while I was waiting in line for my food. Just over all disappointing and a mess. On top of all this workers weren’t nearly as friendly to me as they were the female guest inside the store at 324 am

I haven't been to McDonald's in years, probably over 20 years. I went to get a meal for myself and mainly to get my niece the Boo Buckets they had at Halloween. I went inside and was immediately greeted by a young lady who was very helpful and nice to help me with my order. She described all the different options and that was nice. The food was great and service! The store is very clean and atmosphere is good. I went a second time to this location and I believe the manager waited on me on Halloween and she was very nice also and the service both times and experience was great and the food was. Will be back to this McDonald's again!

'm a frequent McDonald’s customer and regularly use the app, especially at this location due to its proximity to home. Unfortunately, I've experienced repeated issues that I can no longer overlook.
Over the past two months, my family has received incorrect Happy Meal orders on multiple occasions—ranging from receiving a cheeseburger instead of nuggets to consistently getting 4-piece instead of 6-piece meals. After the third incident, I visited the store with receipts and calmly spoke to a manager (a light-skinned male who works afternoons). While he remade the meal, he offered no apology and appeared visibly annoyed.
Most recently, on 10/8, I spent around $30—selecting items based on the Monopoly promotion. Upon checking our order, we found missing stickers on both Quarter Pounders and one drink. When I asked about it, the same manager claimed those items don’t come with stickers, which is incorrect. He later said the store hadn’t received the correct boxes yet and refused a reasonable compromise of providing stickers from a different item.
The lack of accountability and poor customer service from this particular manager has become a recurring issue. I hope this feedback encourages a review of the store’s service standards, as I continue to be a loyal customer despite these frustrations.
