Better than your commercial boba tea places. They offer a lot of different options in terms of type of drink, flavor, and toppings which I can appreciate. My Thai Milk Tea with Black Boba was basic. Nothing to rave about, but at least it was good. If you do decide to grab a bite to eat be aware you'll have to walk two doors down to the Mochi Donut space they seem to be partnered with. The space was small, but fine enough to relax with your drink for a bit alone or with a few friends....read full review

this is one of my favorite tea shops. The best part being that you can choose the sweetness of your drink. I will always go out of my way to get a tea from here. they are consistently good!The same owners also own the mochi donut shop in the same plaza. So the food that they have displayed is from the donut shop three doors down! you can order everything in one place.don't forget to grab a snack!
