Waited for 30 mins for my food and the guy who took my order didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I usually understand when a place is short staffed but there was lots of people working. I asked for a refund instead since the food I received was already cold. Will not recommend this location.
Tried to order food through the drive thru, asked for the bogo, and were told they didn't have that deal. We told the worker three times there was a sign in the drive thru and she refused to honor the deal. We asked her if we should bring the sign in and she said yes. When we did, Laslo, the "manager" said they did have that deal but repeatedly yelled at us about the signs instead of taking our order and apologizing. They should hire more staff, only two people working and the guy who takes orders today, March 19 at night... he doesn't know how to treat people, he should look for something that has nothing to do with customer service... terrible service.
