Waited for 30 mins for my food and the guy who took my order didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I usually understand when a place is short staffed but there was lots of people working. I asked for a refund instead since the food I received was already cold. Will not recommend this location.

Tried to order food through the drive thru, asked for the bogo, and were told they didn't have that deal. We told the worker three times there was a sign in the drive thru and she refused to honor the deal. We asked her if we should bring the sign in and she said yes. When we did, Laslo, the "manager" said they did have that deal but repeatedly yelled at us about the signs instead of taking our order and apologizing. He raised to give us his manager's information saying it was "private". I contacted corporate McDonald's and they are also being secretive about the franchise owner. Do not patronize this McDonald's, if you MUST eat McDonald's there's another up on Florida that serves the food got and fresh and honors the deals.

Order by the blackboard at the entrance. Take the option to eat on site. They were supposed to bring my order to the table, which is what it indicates when you place the order... 30 minutes later I had to get up for the food because I didn't have it. Terrible
This location was so trashed. I had a mobile order. I stood in the drive-thru with nobody answering me for about 7 minutes. Then I pulled up to the window. Nobody was there. I went to the second window. Two guys are just sitting on their phones. The manager is hustling and not looking at me not acknowledging me. I'm beeping my horn until the point I just left. Hopefully I get my money back. This is trash

Went to this McDonald's and I went through the drive-thru I'm currently leaving there now and online says it's open 24 hours for the drive-thru and no one ever even said anything so I went to the window and I blew the horn it was a lady there doing the trash can and she didn't even look
