Went through the drive through this morning. Placed my order, paid for my order. I seen on the screen I had ordered a large coffee. Got to the second window and the woman tried to hand me a small coffee, I said that is supposed to be a large (which I paid for) She then told me I was only charged for a small. I said again it was supposed to be a large. She then told me to pull up to the next window , as she walked away she said "I dont have time for this" Needless to say I wont...read full review
This literally has to be the rudest staff I have come into contact with. Customer service was terrible. And while trying to explain my issue three of them literally walked away. I will take my business elsewhere.No other words besides that.
