It's ok.
I frequent this location from time to time and today was a completely different experience. I noticed new employees working today and 1 person caught my attention. There is a young man named Nate running the first station He did a fantastic job ensuring everyone’s order was made correctly. This Panda Express location receives strong praise for its food quality, with multiple reviews calling it the best tasting Panda Express they have ever had. The food is consistently described as delicious, appetizing, and of the highest quality, served in reasonable portions. Specific staff members, including a manager and several servers, are highlighted for providing awesome customer service, being professional, warm, and creating a great connection with guests. They are noted for engaging with customers and treating everyone with strength and integrity.
However, experiences can be inconsistent. Some visits reveal operational issues, such as food not being fully ready shortly after opening hours. More notably, there are reports of unprofessional behavior from a shift lead criticizing team members in front of customers, which subsequently led to poor staff demeanor, apathy, and hastiness during service on later visits. Despite these occasional setbacks, many customers plan to return frequently due to the exceptional flavor and generally positive service.
