Went through the drive through this morning. Placed my order, paid for my order. I seen on the screen I had ordered a large coffee. Got to the second window and the woman tried to hand me a small coffee, I said that is supposed to be a large (which I paid for) She then told me I was only charged for a small. I said again it was supposed to be a large. She then told me to pull up to the next window , as she walked away she said "I dont have time for this" Needless to say I wont...read full review
Quality and especially service has gone down over the past year. The Drive thru speaker doesn't work half the time and they seem understaffed in the morning.
