The dish was bursting with flavor, and you can tell that every ingredient is carefully selected to create the perfect balance. The rice was perfectly cooked, the meat was tender, and the mix of spices was spot on – truly authentic. The layers of vegetables and the rich, savory taste made it a memorable meal. “The first time I went to Hamada I knew that this place was authentic! The food is so amazing I felt like I was back in Jordan! As I expected, the service, hospitality, and kindness of the staff made me feel right at home. The cook Muhammad definitely knows what he's doing and he is an amazing cook and very friendly and service oriented. They have a wide variety of options and it all tastes like home cooked food!
