Ming Garden Chinese Restaurant is a hidden gem with incredible portion sizes and delicious food. The beef & broccoli, pepper steak, Mongolian beef, and pork lo-mein are highly recommended. The food is top-notch and reasonably priced. The pan-fried dumplings are delicious and the egg rolls are the best in Tampa. The Singapore chow Mei fun is excellent. The shrimp was clean and the food came hot and smelled amazing. It tastes like old school Chinese food from back in the day. You just have to call if you want to make any changes to the order but they were nice over the phone.
