The food was high quality—chicken and beef were tender and flavorful and the vegetables were crispy and fresh (not from frozen). Sauces were perfectly spiced. It’s takeout only. The staff are always friendly. This unassuming spot on the edge of West Tampa is the best Chinese cuisine I’ve found in Tampa.
