Had Chicken and pulled pork and both were delicious. Same with the seasoned fries. The sides were trying too hard. Slaw had vinegar in a white slaw? Kind of off putting. Bbq beans also kind of off. It's the most food for the price in the area. Everything is over $14 per plate and it was a good amount of food.
9/4/22 - I ordered some brisket to go, was very surprised as to the taste of the food. It was fantastic. I don't kid around on bar-b-q, being a replant from Kansas City, I like to think I know a little bit about any (every)thing from a dead pig. Delicious. As a famous actor once said "I Will Be Back"! Pretty good, no nonsense simple comfort food with all the fixings! The first time I came out here it was because I was in the area for a Yelp Elite Event at the Hampton Chocolate Factory, and I needed to eat real food (because, you know, I can't live off dessert alone as much as I want to).
