Vibe was good. The DJ was a vibe. Hookah was good but overpriced. Only gripe is the food took a long time to come out. Even with reservations we waited over 20 minutes for appetizers to arrive & when the food did arrive it was incorrect which resulted in an even longer wait time for food. Parking was somewhat hetic even with valet parking, which is also a lil pricey. Other than this place is cool.

I had a recent issue with an Uber Eats order from Oasis Rotisserie Chicken in Tampa, FL, and while the delivery didn’t go as planned (thanks to Uber Eats and the driver, not the restaurant), I want to give a huge shoutout to the owner, Israel, for going above and beyond.

Israel immediately understood what had happened without hesitation. He spoke with such professionalism and clarity, acknowledging the situation and jumping into action to make things right. Not only did he ensure I got the correct order, but he made sure I was taken care of completely. He didn’t just fix the issue—he made sure I was happy with the outcome.

You can tell that Israel truly cares about his customers and takes pride in providing top-tier service. His communication, attitude, and willingness to resolve the issue left a lasting impression.

I don’t blame the restaurant at all—this was 100% a fault on Uber Eats and the driver. Israel and his team were phenomenal, and I’m incredibly appreciative of the care and attention they gave me.

I used to really like this place I would come the whole time, but the experience that I had was not good as the food was not good. I ordered the Mofongo Mar Y Tierra like I always do usually the shrimp and the steak is in garlic sauce always has been when I ordered it Al ajigo This time the shrimp was cold, like if they took it from their cold Seafood salad and they put some sauce on top of the steak. I went back and told him the shrimp was cold. They made a new one, but by the time I got my shrimp Made the steak and Mofongo was cold . I’ve never gotten this with peppers and my husband ordered the chicharrón de pollo With french fries they gave us two different type of french fries crinkled and straight french fries and the chicken had no seasoning. It looks like they only use salt and pepper, which I used to not Be like that so it makes me wonder if they change chef? I think for the amount I paid $73 was way too much for my plate my husband‘s plate my daughter plate which was the same as my husband and two Alcapuria 2 maltas and a coke Seems a bit much I wouldn’t mind if the food was consistent but when it’s not consistent, that price hurts needless to say, I threw away my plate just as shown in the picture

I love the familiar atmosphere as if you were in Puerto Rico🥹🥹 The food woww especially the grilled chicken rich rich rich🤤you can't stop and the mofongo the real mofongo for Mellao🫨 my respect to the cosineros 5 ⭐️ every time I arrive I leave satisfied.
