The customer service here from the hostess, wait staff, kitchen and management are exceptional. We had Thomas and he was outstanding. We enjoyed every aspect of our time here and I strongly recommend this place. My only issue is the parking availability so we had to valet at $15. Besides that I would definitely patronize this place again

Had a GREAT brunch at On Swann yesterday. Our server Natalia was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and her recommendations were spot on. Our group especially enjoyed the following menu items: cinnamon roll, pomme frites, spicy buttermilk chicken sandwich, salmon tartine, and gemelli pasta. The cocktails were 10/10 and we especially enjoyed the following3 Garden Social, Jaded Lens, and Life Gives you Lemons. I love the vibe of On Swann and highly recommend it for anyone looking for great food in a casual and lively environment.

This is my 3rd or 4th time visiting. I had a reservation for 7pm and was promptly seated by 7:01pm. The service was impeccable despite it being a Monday evening. I had the steak frites and my guest had the pork chop. Both entrees came out hot, fresh, and with great flavor. I enjoyed the maple old fashioned as my beverage -- stellar if you're a bourbon drinker. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Very very noisy. I ordered a $20 hamburger medium rare and it was served well done. Disappointed that they could not get it cooked at the right temperature. I told the server but he really didn't seem very concerned.  Also why do they not serve martinis in martini glasses instead of a small champagne type of glass?
