The customer service here from the hostess, wait staff, kitchen and management are exceptional. We had Thomas and he was outstanding. We enjoyed every aspect of our time here and I strongly recommend this place. My only issue is the parking availability so we had to valet at $15. Besides that I would definitely patronize this place again
Had a GREAT brunch at On Swann yesterday. Our server Natalia was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and her recommendations were spot on. Our group especially enjoyed the following menu items: cinnamon roll, pomme frites, spicy buttermilk chicken sandwich, salmon tartine, and gemelli pasta. This is my 3rd or 4th time visiting. I had a reservation for 7pm and was promptly seated by 7:01pm. The service was impeccable despite it being a Monday evening. I had the steak frites and my guest had the pork chop. Both entrees came out hot, fresh, and with great flavor. I enjoyed the maple old fashioned as my beverage -- stellar if you're a bourbon drinker. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
