Horrible costumer service from the store and our server. If you don’t tip they force you to leave and treat you horribly after they never check on you and you have to yell for someone to come and take your order. They tell you to order online and never to go there unless you tip them a big amount. I 100% do not recommend this place. So mean and disrespectful. Never coming back again.

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences ever. The place is quite run down, small, dingy, and dark. We considered going somewhere else but kids were hungry and we didn’t have time.

The food was excessively salty to the point that it overwhelmed every dish. The banchan was sparse, uninspired, and far below what I’d expect from a Korean restaurant. Nothing about the meal felt authentic, especially considering the high prices.

The service only made things worse. Our server repeatedly forgot who ordered which dishes, brought food to the wrong people, and seemed unable to keep track of how many were in our party to bring appropriate number of utensils.

To top it all off, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill without it being clearly disclosed beforehand, which was an unpleasant surprise at the end of the meal.

Overpriced, underwhelming, inedible food, and poorly managed. There are far better Korean restaurants that offer authentic food, better service, and much better value for your money. I would avoid this place.

One day I came here to pick up a food order for Uber and the server was very nice and welcoming. She offered me a beverage while I waited. My wife loves Korean food and I was excited to take her. Another day I came with my wife. The food was great, however the customer service was extremely disappointing especially after the previous server was very accommodating.

Firstly, we sat down at a table in the center. There were three open booth areas and only two other groups of customers upon arrival. We asked the server if we could sit at a booth and she said “order first and I’ll see based on how big your order is”. Which is understandable because they might be expecting on getting busy and the place isn’t that big. But when we ordered she never got back to us on moving. After being there, there were two other customers who came alone and one of them sat at the largest booth they had there. The whole time we were there, the booth we requested remained unoccupied. If this was the only complaint I would have not had any second thoughts, however, unfortunately this was only one of few instances of her poor customer service.

Secondly, I ordered rice and beef (I don’t remember the name of the item), a Korean corn dog, and my wife ordered jajangmyeon. We never got the Korean corn dog we ordered. I’ve been wanting to try the Korean corn dog so it was disappointing for me.

Lastly, the reason we never up right brought anything up to our server, was because she acted indifferent towards us. She never checked up on us the whole time; meanwhile, she was checking up on the people around us asking if everything was okay. Maybe it was the fact that we asked to move after first sitting down and it rubbed her the wrong way. The restaurant was not busy the entire time. She could chat up other customers but only talked to us to take our order. No other communication after that. I don’t know her name but our receipt said our server was “kk w”.

I would consider coming back if I knew that server was not on shift at the time, unfortunately there’s no way to know that so we will not be coming back.

I had a great experience at One Family Korean in Town & Country, Tampa. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, although it is a bit on the darker side inside. Once the food arrived, that became the main focus because it was absolutely delicious.

I ordered the Hot Bowl with rice and meat, and it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were well-balanced, the meat was tender and well-seasoned, and the portion size was very satisfying. Every bite was packed with flavor, and you could tell that quality ingredients were used.

The service was friendly and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. If you’re looking for a comforting, flavorful meal, this is definitely a place worth trying.

I would highly recommend the Hot Bowl, and I look forward to coming back to try more items on the menu. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience and a restaurant I would gladly recommend to others visiting the Town & Country area of Tampa.

Cute, small, and homey spot! It was a busy weekend with BTS in town, but the food and service were still great. The bossam was delicious and that dipping sauce?!? Ugh I can’t stop thinking about it. , and our server was absolutely busting her butt taking care of everyone. You could tell how hard she was working, and she still stayed friendly and attentive. Definitely a place we’d come back to!

The spicy seafood tofu stew is great.
However, I’d rather not spending money here cause the service is not as good.

We stopped by for dinner on Sunday and what a waste of a meal.
We order Jaeukbokum, and Budaejigae for 4 of us. 1st Jaeukbokum's pork had no flavor, it tasted like the meat was frozen for months, and the Kimchi was really sour, 2nd the Budaejigae had good flavor but had hardly any substantial ingredients, 3rd why would a restaurant NOT Turn on the AC ? We were sweating trying to eat our meal.... As soon as we walked in we noticed it, and thought maybe it's on Auto mode. Nope, the entire time we were there the AC NEVER turned on. Is the owner trying save few bucks on electricity ??? I hate to bash a business but it was really frustrating eating subpar meal in a Hot restaurant .....

Wonderful Korean restaurant. It is a bit hard to spot. They worth a ton more of customers!

The price was very fair and the food was great! The Seafood pancake was crispy and aromatic. It was the first time i saw big chunk of beef in beef tofu soup :)
