Some dishes like red snapper were hit or miss, while the tuna was disappointing. The atmosphere is lively, with a keyboard player adding to the ambiance. The staff, including the chef and owner, provide great service, making special requests memorable. During busy times like Mother's Day, delays in food service can happen. Dishes like seafood risotto and shrimp fettuccine are good but slightly bland. The restaurant offers delicious options such as a pastry sampler with divine butters and marmalades, and oysters like spicy and blue crab oysters which are quite good. The catch of the day and amberjack are some of the best fish entrees ever. Desserts, especially the brown butter gelato and coconut cream pie, are outstanding. The patio provides a delightful atmosphere with a great view of the bay. Overall, the experience is positive, and it remains a highly recommended spot for celebrating or enjoying a fantastic meal.
