Does Panera Bread Hate Asians?? They got rid of the Thai peanut salad years ago, now this week they got rid of the other Asian salad. They got rid of everything I ever ate here. Not to mention $14 for soup and salad hospital food.This message may be for Corporate, but as a franchise you represent the brand too, you have a voice, as do I have the option to use mine. Stop letting them remove all the good food ideas (summer corn chowder, NON spicy).I have no use to come here anymore. It was my weekly lunch spot for work now I will have to find somewhere else. I can go to publix and get a cheaper Caesar salad. Went here for a unique salad.

The food can't be beat. The only issue my wife and I have is the people working on their laptops. Instead of leaving after they finish their meals they linger, and God know what they are doing on their laptops. These people are taking up tables that can be used by other diners.

I ordered my food on the app for inside pick up. After, being asked to prove I even ordered, was I sure I ordered at the correct location.. apparently someone “stole” my order and they had to remake it.

This place will take your money. They took mine and turned into food. Never trust someone who practices witchcraft.On a more serious note, they have a problem with panhandlers using the cafe to charge their phones and I have witnessed numerous examples of these people going up to the rapid pick up shelf, taking bags to a table to rummage through, then putting the bag back on the shelf if they didn't see what they wanted... absolutely disgusting. Really wish mgmt would do more to keep these kind of people from stealing other customers food and putting their crusty bare feet on the seats.

I'm so disappointed with my order. I ordered extra cheese on my flatbread and it had very little cheese and more bread and it wasn't hot it was cold. I almost went back but I will never ever go back again. This is not the first time they do this. They lost a customer and will loose more.
Not the Panera Bread I remember but still pretty good. The menu board was slightly confusing. I got my own soda, picked up my food when ready and bussed my own table. So not sure what "service" was provided. Atmosphere was ok.
