Panera Bread is a reliable spot for a satisfying meal, offering convenient online ordering and catering services. While occasional lapses in food quality may occur, the restaurant's catering team provides exceptional service, ensuring timely and personalized deliveries. The food was just not fresh and the surroundings sense a lack of hygiene. The staff seemed very angry and grumpy and ignored customers who were waiting. However, Panera Bread loves you on your birthday and gives you lots and lots of free stuff like a main course and a dessert.
