I had never heard of a Banh Mi sandwich before I saw them on a TV show with food trucks. Since then, I’ve been on the hunt, but I didn’t have to look very far. I ran across a very peculiar place called Banh Mi factory and to be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Half on Banh Mi sandwich shop, half bakery, and half Boba tea shop ( I know that’s 3 halves, LOL). Well, the Boba teas are on par with other places but the pork Banh Mi is to die for. The best part is that the sandwich costs cheaper than a big Mac value meal. The cilantro and the pickled vegetables pair so nicely that I have a taste of freshness and every bite. This has become my go-to over the typical fast food fare!Dietary restrictions: Varied menu with a lot of options for all diet types.Parking: Huge strip mall parking lotKid-friendliness: Great layout with music videos playing K-pop in the backgroundWheelchair accessibility: Easy access

Highly recommend! The banh mi sandwiches were large and flavorful. The iced coffee was strong, smooth, and delicious. Eggrolls were crispy, hot, and perfect! We can't wait to go back!

We went there at 7:10 pm. And we dine in, the food came out at 7:23pm, the staffs talked too loud, we've been there for 40 mins and heard they said what time is it around 4-5 times, kinda they want customers to walk out soon. They had very poor attitude and lacked of services.

Zero Stars! Staff is rude, pho is bland has half the noodles as most places. They ALWAYS get my banh mi order wrong. As of last, all 3 of us had stomach aches from eating the food here and were on the toilet all night. This is coming from an authentic vietnamese person who knows the food. Do yourself a favor and visit Saigon Deli or Thinh An for better quality food and service.
