Unfortunately the food is good but the customer service is terribly bad. The employees are not friendly, they don't make you feel welcome. I do not recommend it, and I will not return either.

I would give them a 2.5 if I had an option... The papelon was pre-packaged and the pabellon empanada had Argentinian dough with Cuban beans. Not authentic at all. I love to support small businesses but, I wouldn't go back. Cashier was nice though.

I am a new client and I came to the truck on Wesley Chapel and the server with eye glasses is extremely rude and treat new clients horribly. This is United States and not Venezuela; In the United States Customer Service is key component for the success of any business. The rudeness of the server who is a female with glasses was horrendous. I will no recommend this food and business to anyone.
When I was ordering she is not paying attention and taking that she could not hear what I was saying, I had to shout to ask for my order. This female with eye glasses was another because she had to add items to my order and she was rushing me to pay. It’s like she did not want to take my order, I guess she behave this way because I spoke in Spanish with and non-Venezuelan accent. This is so rude of her…. If she does not want to work a treat customer with a smile and politeness, then she should find something else to do!
She was treating other customers the same way based on what I noticed while I was waiting for my order and coincidentally these customer were Colombians and this female server with eye glasses was rude to them too

I loved the pastelitos and Tequenos and empanadas until one day I got a piece of a staple in one of the mini empanadas unfortunately this ruined the experience at my party people were afraid to eat the rest so I feel the urge to post this in order to prevent people. I still think that the food here is very flavorful but they need to pay attention this episode could have ended terrible . I wish I had photos but I think nobody in the middle of a situation like this in a party will think about taking pictures.
