I was here to attend the NCAA Frozen Four hockey tournament. It's the 3rd time it's been in Tampa. Nice place to visit; and to see family that live nearby Tampa. Great arena, and exciting watching hockey.
Stopped here for lunch while shopping. We ordered a salad and chicken fingers. Wendy at the cashier counter cheerfully greeted us and was helpful with a couple of menu suggestions. The salads were fresh, the chicken was crispy and hot, made fresh to order. We like this better than another chicken venue we also like. I really hated PDQ when I tried them a few years ago. Yesterday, I went to a PDQ because the line was short and I was super hungry. I am happy to say that you guys have improved a lot over those few years! The waffle fries are so good that I can eat them without any sauce! The spicy chicken was actually spicy and delicious! Added bonus, they serve Dr.Pepper and it tastes fresh! I usually go to Chick Fil A for my chicken sandwiches, but PDQ is my new favorite chicken place!
