Disappointed in the food. Fresh Spring rolls were hard, wings were overcooked and highly overpriced. $9 for only 4 super dry wings that were not anything special. Service was good though. So many better Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Will probably not come back.

This is a one of a kind restaurant. From the moment you enter you're greeted with a cheery Hello which is hard to find nowadays. I have only eaten here once the food was amazing. We all had Pho and again it was amazing. I also do uber eats and I stay busy because of them. Tampa Bay loves them too. This is one place I don't mind picking up from.

As a Vietnamese, the flavor for dishes we got (Phở, stir fried noodle) wasn’t there… the durian and mango smoothie were good tho but 🤷‍♀️

I've been to dozens of Vietnamese restaurants, many very good. But i cant find any better than Pho Quyen. Love their pho even after several years of going there.

Every single thing that we ordered during our visit was excellent. It was so good everyone in our group had over eaten and ordered additional dishes to take home. You should take your time in ordering here though as the food comes out very quickly. We had just gotten our appetizers and out came all of our entrees as well. I would recommend finishing your appetizers and then ordering your entrees. The staff was very nice and accommodating so I don't think they would mind. The atmosphere is a bit tired but they are in the middle of doing some renovations so we will have to see how that comes out.
We will give it a five on food. Four on service and three on the atmosphere. So four overall a clean 4.

This place is amazing they never disappoint. Very clean. The people are great, polite & respectful. The food is always delicious and they have great vegan/vegetarian options available!
