I got HOOKED on Pho Quyen back in 2012 when my son started school at Berkeley Prep and continued after he graduated in 2016. I LOVE this restaurant. Their food is consistently fresh and delicious! I eat here at least once week. I appreciate the extra care they put into your order. They put my raw beef in a separate bag so it does contaminate anything should I chose to share. They also are accommodating with their boba tea. The pork with rice was literally ALL BONES. It doesn’t say that in the menu and it’s pictured like just meat with rice and vegetables. My fingers were in my mouth the entire time to chew the little bit of meat off all the bones. It was good but every second was you picking bones out of your mouth. Gross to be honest. They need to warn customers for this cuz honestly Americans don’t like doing that especially in public it’s bad table manners. I couldn’t finish it.
