My family and I visited this Pollo Campero franchise from a country where they have a similar establishment. We had a specific request about the food they serve in our country, and the staff member sarcastically informed us that it wasn’t McDonald’s. This was an incredibly rude and unprofessional comment, especially considering the importance of customer service.
To make matters worse, my niece went to order a strew and was met with rudeness and other unpleasant comments from the staff member at the counter. Despite the poor service, the food itself wasn’t bad. However, when we ordered Crispy Chicken, we were disappointed to receive plain chicken instead.
Overall, this was our first time visiting this Pollo Campero, and it was a disappointing experience. The horrible customer service and rude behavior made it clear that we won’t be returning to this location in the future.

I was excited when I found this place because of their grilled chicken option. Been here twice and hours before closing they had no chicken! No grilled or fried chicken. That’s like going to Burger King and they have no burgers. How does a place literally called pollo campero have no chicken?!?! Pretty disappointed. Hope yall do better.
