Real peruvian food

Good variety of food choices for a peruvian restaurant and the prices are reasonable, too, for the amount of food that we all ordered together.

We have been at this establishment for at least 2 years. First time we had such a bad experience. My husband ordered chicha morada which tasted like the instant kind. This was not made fresh. He also ordered the pollo à la brasa. He said it was dry and wasn’t crispy and not flavorable at all. I preferred the lomo saltado with tallarines verdes. The saltado did not come other French fries, had no taste to it the green spaghetti also was not creamy and had a funny aftertaste. There wasn’t a crowd when we got there. It took a waited 15 minutes to take our order. I also ordered ceviche de pescado. The pieces of fish were tiny! One small piece of sweet potatoe and salty as hell. Unfortunately wwe are not going back. Oh they also had a sign posted on the front door Cook Needed. That should have been the first clue

AVOID! Pollo Rocoto offers 0% customer service. Very disappointing experience for the second time. I don't know why I thought to give it another try. Food wait times are EXTREMELY long. Waitress I had didn't care at all that we were waiting for a long time and she never checked on us. Restaurant is too small for the amount of tables they have inside. I tried the Jalea seafood dish which was not the greatest. Parking is the worst as we had to park at the skating rink next door. AVOID this place at all cost. Soo frustrating!! ON TOP OF ALL THIS I WAS CHARGED a credit card SERVICE AND GRATUITY WAS INCLUDED. Gratuity??For what??? Horrific service?? Ridiculous!
I would STRONGLY recommend Pollo Norkys which is right across the plaza.

I order food from this place, my food came spilled all over the bag. I've always order from here always go to the restaurant and eat. the manager there was really rude and disrespectful to me getting hung up in my face when I'm talking to her trying to tell me I have a lot of loyal customer when I told her I'm leaving a bad review because how my food is going to come spilled and you didn't even read the order note,not only these food in Uber Eats cost like 80 to 100 dollars and I'm always ordering from here for her to be so disrespectful and rude. All she wanted to do was blame somebody else instead of taking ownership of what they did. Didn't apologize once. I don't recommend this place they don't care about the customer service and how they treat people especially if they feel like you're not from their country and the sad part is that I am.

Horrible customer service. This is the second time that I ordered food and it is not ready when I went to pick it up. The girls are not friendly at all, when pointed out that they made me wait 11/2hr for my food they caught an attitude. The owner didn’t even care. The food is ok but I do not recommend this place.

Best Peruvian restaurant i have gone to. The waitresses are nice and courteous. Of course there will be a wait, good food takes time to cook people!!! If you don't want to wait, go to Mc Donalds. Prices are decent and the atmosphere is very diligent.

From the moment we walked into Pollos Rocoto Chifa Pollería, the experience was outstanding! Our waitress Britnney was incredibly attentive, and the same goes for Johnatan and Lira, they made sure we were always taken care of with a smile.
The kitchen team, led by Chef Jimmy, truly surpassed our expectations. Every dish was prepared with care, flavor, and authenticity:
☆The ceviche de camarones was absolutely spectacular, fresh, zesty, and perfectly balanced.
☆The shrimp causa was phenomenal, a true explosion of flavor in every bite.
☆The arroz chaufa with shrimp was top-notch, perfectly seasoned and satisfying.
☆The lomo saltado was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and incredibly delicious.
Without a doubt, this is one of the best Peruvian restaurants in Florida.

From the exceptional service to the incredible food, everything was flawless. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for authentic flavors and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Literally the best chicken I have ever tested and I have tested so many pollos from different restaurants and let me tell you this one was the best it was amazing !! I really love the sauces that they make for the chickens , everything was just great !! And the owners are so sweet as wells as the servers 10 out of 10 !!

They have the best salad dressing! It goes great on the salad and the chicken!!! Their chicken is to die for. I took my abuela and my neighbors there. My abuela didn't lift her face from that plate till it was empty.

El servicio es horrible. Fui a comer postre y la mesera solo dejo el postre en la mesa sin preguntar si me gustaria alguna otra cosa mas. Lo peor fue cuando sali afuera con mis amistades y la senora de la caja salio a decirme que el servicio no esta incluido y necesitaba cambiar el total. En otras palabras, me obligaron a dejar propina apesar del pesimo servicio.

The service is horrible here. I stopped there to get dessert with some friends and the server only dropped off the dessert at our table without ever checking on us or even asking if we wanted to order anything else. I checked out and once I was outside the lady at the register came out to tell me that I needed to adjust my tip because it wasnt included. I felt like the service went from bad to worst as I was forced to edit the tip even when like I said no one really offered service other than dropping off the dessert at our table without even checking on us or asking if we wanted to order anything else.
