I’m American married to a Peruvian and so I’ve been exposed to many different Peruvian restaurants and typical plates that my in-laws have cooked over the years. We had the pollo a la brasa chicken and picarones last night and everything was delicious! Our waitress with the “blonde” as someone in a different review referred to, was knowledgeable, kind and very attentive. It is not easy serving Peruvian food as my personal experience is that Peruvians that live here are very picky and critical since the food is known globally as some of the best cuisine. This is a great place with decent prices and no fear pf food poisoning as everything was clean and fresh.

Waitress with blond her tried to force me like 5 times to eat an order that she got wrong then got mad at me cause i refused, then she tells me it’s going to come out her check and walked away and i watch her ask another customer if he wanted it ?. I ordered bistec a lo pobre and she brings me out a bistec smothered in some bbq sauce which is not how it’s supposed to come and it didn’t come like that the first time i ate that here. I tell the waitress this is not bistec a lo pobre and she tells me Thts how it’s made today, so i told her why she didn’t tell me in the beginning that it was going to be bbq bistec instead of what i ordered and she didn’t offer any solution. My daughter just ate it and the Kam Lu Wantan was disgusting, the wantans are dry with barely any meat in it and then they overdue it and smother it with a nasty version of their sweet and sour sauce. We just left without eating any of it and the waitress is lucky i was with my daughter or i would have told her off cause she was disrespectful and no customer service training or home training at all.

I won't come back here again, the Cashier charged me too abruptly for the tips and it is NOT the first time... I feel offended... I won't come back again... what a disappointment...

With six customers in the Restaurant (all eating), we got there at 5:00pm. Soon the waiter came to my table asking what I would like to drink I requested few minutes to check the menu, however, after ten minutes the waiter just ignored me and never returned. With so many options to eat around that area, me and my companion decided to get up and leave. I have to said that there were 9 employees at that time (four chatting with the Manager and 5 in the counter area) and nobody busy at all.
The service sucks the waiters need more training the one with the big black hat.Never been to a place that I had to eat whatever they wanted For instant I can't eat French fry so I had to paid extra for something else to eat and still keep the French fry..lolo Lost my appetite with that waiter..

I don't know who was but my order got cancel at same time we went to pick up charge went true and everything. At the moment of pick up they can't find my order and I receive a email saying that my order got cancel.

The best Peruvian food in Tampa Bay ❤️ I have never tried this type of food, and it is definitely spectacular, the plating is beautiful, the freshness of the food is incredible, the customer service is excellent❤️❤️❤️❤️
