I have gone to this place maybe 30 times in my life. I can count on one hand how many times I get my order correctly. I ordered a sandwich combo. I asked for Dr Pepper and they gave my sweet tea. I asked the sandwich to be plain as my child cannot eat mayo because of some dietary restrictions and he asked for no pickles. It had what felt like EXTRA mayo and pickle's. The fries were so cold and soggy. And the chicken patty is INCREDIBLY small, I remembered when the sandwich first came out, the patty was always juicy, large, and crispy. This was one of the countless bad experiences here, the only reason I even come back is because of the coupons I get in the mail that make it close to worth the price for the food. I am terribly disappointed and can’t believe I keep coming back. And the service was incredibly slow, and there was only 2 other people, one behind and in front of me.

It has been a year since I order delivery from here. I order tonight via uber eats and the same exact experience happen. Instead of one coke, two sweet teas and one unsweetened tea we received four unsweetened teas. We didn’t get the fries or two Mac n cheese order. Instead got rice and a chocolate chip biscuit that we didn’t want or order. Why is it so hard to have fast food workers make the orders correctly and for delivery drivers to check the orders?

Terrible service. We pulled through the drive through and have 2 guests that came after me get their food first. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and one order of fries that came with a drink. There was no patrons inside the restaurant. It took 25 mins to get my meal. Never again will I be coming here. You shouldn’t either, unless you have all day to wait for your food.

Haven't eaten Popeyes in a long time. Decided to eat tenders, they were very tough and very overcooked. We just threw $20 in the trash. Will never set foot there again 🤮

I have been twice, and both times it has been a disaster. The employees fighting among themselves and have treated me poorly. I have spent up to 40 minutes waiting for an order without even being full. I don't recommend this place.
Called today really just asking about the exact location to see if this location was closest to me and offered the Cajun turkeys and the lady that answered the phone thought I was a prank caller or something and said goodbye lady! When she realized I was serious and asked about the turkeys it was like pulling teeth and a whole lot of attitude. Sorry to bother you and will never visit this location.

A staff member was very arrogant and condescending. Went through the drive thru and was asked to pull up. No one brought out the food. Had to go inside and ask for our food. The staff member turned around handed us our food without any word, no apology or anything. Kinda smirked like it was intended to make us wait

Worst popeyes in tampa, i went today october 27 1:45 pm it was 2:39 me and my family still on the line, staff were really rude with me, my family and all the costumers to the point that we start to leave the restaurant, i will not recommend stop by this place
