Everything thing was ok by the team member dropped my change on the ground n got an attitude with me and it was her, maybe because it was raining I dont know what her problem was

Horrible slow service. Waited 35 minutes for our food and everyone else who ordered after us got their food. No apology’s even offered the cashier actually was very rude. Food was cold and dried out, and missing sides even after the wait. NEVER AGAIN

Their idiotic the people that work there and they don't care, first and last time i will go to this place again. They put whatever they wanted in my order. And don't respond with you apologizing about my experience, what you need to do is rehire and train them better because looking at the reviews, you guys not doing a great job.

We left without ordering. Service was very slow. 4-5 staff but no one taking orders at the counter. Lots of ready chicken in sight and getting cold. Floors were littered with garbage. Staff was arguing with each other. Very disappointed and will never go back to this location.

I asked for “drums” and the manager cedric said “no” I asked why and I was told because he said so. I said I would wait. He said “no, I’m not doing it”. So confused I pulled over, then went to ask for a refund from the app order and they gave them to me….. claiming on the app is different than requesting thru the drive thru.
Umm..what? Yeah, no. Not a place I’d ever recommend much less even mention .

Delivered ubereats for them never met anyone there before. I notice 6 items missing got them to fix it, delivered it. Just for the drinks to be missing since its not mention on my uber receipt. All in all 10 items missing they leave out food on purpose. While I was waiting, I saw a mentally challenge person waiting for food for 25+ mins and he gave the cashier a tip in hopes he gets his food and he took it with no remorse, he didnt get him the food I feel bad for him.
The inside is very clean and Cassandra Atkins did a great job serving us
