The drive thru lady around 1115-1125 on dec 30 was slow, bad at hearing and then made me wait nine minutes for a filet after waiting to order for five minutes. I canceled my order after she was curt And rude

Got there over an hour before close with only one other car. They took our payment right away and then had us wait a half an hour for our food. Apologized, said at least the food would be hot. It wasn't. Sandwich was cold. Only ordered 2 sandwich meals. Also, it looked like the employees were packing up ALL the chicken to take home prior to close. We'll go to another location. Other restaurants next door were packed. Now we know why.

Honestly the service was a lot better than other locations I’ve been to, the chicken was just ok that’s why the 3 stars. I’d give it another try just to see if the chicken is better next time around.

The manager and staff keep this place clean and if you love fried chicken it was tasty and fresh. You will find it right across the street from Bush Gardens! A little bit of New Orleans in Tampa!

I came to pick up a mobile order for myself, and I usually don't have a problem, but this time, one of your staff members, Neicy - with the eye contacts and acrylic nails - was very rude for no apparent reason. As soon as she handed me my bag of food, she walked off without offering any condiments or napkins or never even said, "Have a nice day." She didn't even hear me ask politely for some hot sauce to go along with my chicken. If I take the time to spend my hard earned money at fast food restaurant especially in these hard times we are living in, shouldn't I at least get some respect to go with my order or is that too much to ask of a paying customer? Inquiring minds would like to know. *below is a screenshot of my some of order history to show I am a regular customer at this location*
I typically go to this place to eat, but the prices went up significantly when I placed my order. However, they didn't want to validate the app's offers, which was a very bad experience.
