Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went to Popeyes today and was welcomed by Lakita. I had an issue paying at the machine where I ordered but she went above and beyond to make sure she was able to help me pay and serve me my food. She called me over after a few minutes and told me they did not have a side (mac and cheese) but that she would make some right now for me and eta on how long it would take. Let me tell you she was fast, friendly, and makes a mean mac and cheese. I appreciate her being so nice and she even was worried about the cleanliness of the store. I heard her say to herself I got to clean the store and mop and broom because no one wants to eat at a dirty store. I appreciate her hardwork, effort, and kindness. Its hard to find good people to work now a days and they really need to do everything possible to keep her. Give her a raise she deserves it! I will be back to visit Ms. Lakita and have her make me some mean mac and cheese again. :)

They so getto they close before the time they should, screaming to the costumer they give the food burn and on bad condition i give them like more opportunities every time that i go but they keep getting worst and more worst 😔 they need to do better at least do they job how should be !!!!! So disappointed fr every time is something!!!

Worse location EVER!!! They always have an issue, no food available, closing early when is supposed to be until 12am, terrible customer service. This is our last time here!!

Worst Popeyes Ever! Staff is extremely rude to customers. When I ordered a sandwich with bacon, the staff simply said they are out of bacon and refused to refund the order. Terrible service.
