The skinny blonde dude doesn’t know what he’s doing, leaving the nice lady that was making the food do everything herself. I was in there for 15 minutes, waiting for him to acknowledge me so that he could give me my order that was already made. He ignored me several times. The lady had to step away from what she was doing to give me service while he just paced around.

ONE WORD DISGUSTING! Food is NEVERRR MADE FRESH BISCUITS ARE SUPER HARD SHRIMP IS OLD AND CHICKEN SITS AND IS NEVER DROPPED FRESH! THEY ARE OPEN LATER THAN NORMAL LOCATIONS BUT PLEASE DONT LET THAT STOP YOU FROM WAITING TIL THE NEXT DAY TO VISIT ANOTHER LOCATION. VISITING THIS LOCATION WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND ITS NO TELLING WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU EAT FOOD THAT'S NOT FRESH. PLEASE KEEP DRIVING

waited at the drive-through for 10 minutes just for them to be closed. There was people in there. They watched me try and order. They didn’t say anything nothing they were closed. If you guys are gonna change the hours then you need to update them because it’s kind of ridiculous I could’ve went somewhere else, but I waited for you guys and now I can’t get any food. Thank you.

Didn’t even have the one piece stuff when your in store menu and website advertised and sold it. Whole restaurant was empty with no tables or chairs in the whole place at 3 pm. Absolutely buns, trash service, doesn’t deserve a 3.9 much less a 3.0.

Never again

Says open till 1 am its sat may 9th and ASIA said they closed early as im sitting in the drive thru lane shes counting the drawer and says nothing THIS PLACE IS LAZY.

Im the only one waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes and nobody in the drive thru shouldn't take this long to make 2 wraps honestly why is this location even still standing? I gave this a 2nd chance and today is the final straw

Just went there and ordered chicken combos from the kiosk. Everyone was waiting for chicken, they did not have any ready. After 10 minutes they called us and said they were out of fries. We don’t like any of the other sides so asked for a refund of the fries only we still wanted our chicken. After another 10 minutes of people scrambling they did not know how to issue a refund. No manager present. We were told we have to cancel the order and re-order to get the chicken itself. No communication as I thought we were getting at least the chicken which it said was ready. Ended up walking out. Don’t waste your time.
