I went to Popeyes today and was welcomed by Lakita. I had an issue paying at the machine where I ordered but she went above and beyond to make sure she was able to help me pay and serve me my food. She called me over after a few minutes and told me they did not have a side (mac and cheese) but that she would make some right now for me and eta on how long it would take. This store manager was great she was alone in the front and yet made sure everything was running smoothly. She is doing everything by herself and yet had a smile on her face and was very nice and respectful and the store was busy. She gave me and my daughter great customer service. I read some bad reviews here but I say come check it out for yourself. Give her some credit she is by herself in the front. Thanks Jessica great job.

I cannot express how grateful I am for Jessica’s exceptional customer service and dedication!
