Didn’t want to take my order at the drive thru and when I walked inside the cashier was rude

Not the best experience, at all. I love Popeyes on the regular, but this location sucked. They were understaffed so I won't blame them for the outrageously long line, but I will blame them for their actions. No one notified anyone in the drive thru that the drive thru was closed, they waited until we went inside to mention that they couldn't answer the drive thru because the inside was backed up and they only have two people working. I was only picking up an online order that was already paid for, so mine should have been fairly easy. The food was ready on time, and I appreciated that, but I asked for sauce, and was told that if I didn't order it online, I would have to get to the back of the crazy long line and purchase sauce. I was already at the register, plus I have NEVER had to purchase BBQ sauce from Popeyes before. I purchased 16 pieces of chicken, yet you can't give me a single BBQ packet? And the attitude that came with her unwillingness to help was so unnecessary. I get that she was stressed, but to take it out on someone who was being kind and understanding, terrible. No excuse for that. On top of everything else, the chicken was severely overcooked. Every single piece was hard and burnt. Completely inedible, but I refused to go back up there. I just know now to never visit that location again.

This location, there’s no other way to put it, the service sucks. The last three times I’ve been there I was told the drive-through doesn’t work, come inside and then when you go inside, you wait about 45 minutes to eat. That location clearly needs new management. every time I went back, it was in the hopes of giving them another chance because I absolutely love the food. not anymore.

They make u go inside cant use drive thru 3 weeks and everytime u go they say all transaction is inside why have a drive thru then my fries was cold and nasty i go back inside and they didnt want to exchange then

The service is terrible employees really act don’t like working there no energy and how you have a drive-through and you tell people in cars they have to come inside to order make it make sense if you shortstaffed get more people, no one should have to get out their car a perfectly good drive-through

I'm not sure what's up with this location. Every time i try to come by, they won't take orders at the drive thru. Even orders online need to come in to be picked up.

Came back today, and it was the same old stuff. "All transactions need to come inside," she said rudely. Doubly so, when i tried to tell her i had an online order. Oddly enough, I swear I saw a car ordering through the drive through on my way out. Didn't stick around long enough to see if they had their order completed. The food (chicken tenders and fries) had a weird, sour-ish taste to it, as if the oil was dirty or the food was old. In my honest opinion, skip this location

Ordered through UBER Eats, order was incomplete, missing items. The phone number listed for this store doesn't work. The website for Popeyes doesn't work, UBER Eats says their not responsible for anything, total frustration.

Worth service, the front desk ignored my requests, the experience of the customer service terrible, disappointed, and lacking in professionalism. The managers was present and It’s incredible how they don’t care the prestige and quality of the Bussines of Popeyes Lousiana Kitchen.

Rude for no reason!!!

Tried to place an order through the drive thru and was told inside only.
Tried to place an order twice and both times the employees just walked away.

1st employee blonde hair, wearing black glasses just walks away no one moment, one sec

After about 6 mins another employee wearing a black durag started to take our order but was told by the 1st employee not to, something with food but there was enough food ready and only one customer in front of us.

Asked if they were not taking orders and they just turned around with no response.

Left with no food.

Yeah, very snappy Customer service take it or leave it attitude. I am not familiar with your manual, but that’s why we are supposed to ask questions but do not like that snappy attitude like it bothers you to do your job
