Where do I start?
Exceptional food and service. Have been to rome and fig a few times but each time it seems to get better and better. The servers and bartenders are amazing and always on point. I would highly recommend 🖤

Recently ordered the tuna poke bowel, only to be served the chewiest pieces of tuna I have ever eaten. After I mentioned this to the server and he brought it to the manager's attention, he returned to say that it must be an isolated one time incident since no one else has complained about this. Wow, really? No ownership was taken for the lack of kitchen prep oversight that allowed that dish to be served in the first place or sincere apology for such a bad dining experience....
