I would not recommend Santos for a large party. I took my 17 year old twins & friends there for a birthday celebration. The ambiance is nice. We were seated outside and forgotten. We had one server and while she was friendly we didn’t see her much. Our glasses were not clean so we asked for new ones or cups even. That request went unanswered until halfway through the meal. Tried Santos out for the first time - the food was fantastic! We had a beatiful night to sit on the patio, great vibe before heading to the Bolts Game. Great service - we will be back! Go Bolts! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
I honestly don’t even know where to start, I’m so disappointed in our experience here.
I reached out about 3 weeks in advance to plan a birthday party for my wife and spoke with Magda. She told me for a party our size (12 at the time of booking) that our only option was a 4 course pre-fix menu for $75 a person that would also include a free round of shots and 20% off bottles.
