I placed an online order. The order was wrong so I called to try to have it fixed. The phone just rang and then picked up and hung up. I am disappointed in paying almost $30 for food to not be able to have it corrected

Here, after you buy sushi and pay any amount, you do not have the right to a sauce that comes by right with the sushi, they charge you .54 cents and they do not receive a card, so if you do not have them, no matter what you pay, you do not have the right to a sauce. spice mayo believe it or not

Worst service ever,the guy that is always in the register is to rude to deal with customers he has no empathy to attend people he's always in a bad mood and hurrying you to order.....even when he made a mistake he get upset with you like it is my fault that he made a mistake taking the order......he need a course to deal with customers.

Terrible customer service without a fail! Each and every single time. They act like they’re bothered to have customers. The food is good and fresh made in front of you. But the poor customer service is more than enough reason to stop eating there. Just terrible! Would give it 0 stars if Google allowed it. This is the Sarku on 8017 Citrus Park Town Center in Tampa, Florida 33625. Save yourself some trouble and don’t go there.

Terrible service at the checkout. I placed an order, started paying and an error occurred. The man at the checkout had already left somewhere. The queue grew longer. When I paid, my daughter wanted to buy more soda. The cashier began to get nervous and indignant that everything had to be done in one order. He is in a hurry, nervous, indignant, and he constantly walks away from the cash register.

Chicken was chewy, lettuce was old and stale, and I almost chipped a tooth on the dumplings. Low quality and disgusting.

The chicken teriyaki is really tasty!! The fried rice & noodles are very flavorful as well.

I wouldn’t get a fountain drink though, it tastes like the machine hasn’t been cleaned since they got it.
