Not sure where to even start. Tried to place an order on line however, I wanted to be sure that they were going to be able to make the pizza that I was ordering. Therefore, I called, no one picked up three times. I figured I’ll stop by on my way to Papa Johns to see what they’re all about because I have had Sbarro, many of times over the years In the north east region, and always was impressed by their quality. I showed up at the gas station around 720pm at the pizza place where there were a bunch of pizzas that were just there probably been there for hours as it didn’t look Fresh at all. I tried to order, but I realize there is only one gentleman who is extremely bogged down by all the stuff that he He has to do before closing, so I just didn’t even want to burden him with another order. He was very gracious, but the place looked completely disorganized, as it’s being operated by one single person which doesn’t suit well for this particular establishment in this particular neighborhood, as it will surely fail for not paying attention to the marketplace, and giving it enough attention with proper staff. This will certainly be one and done for me even though I did not even try the food I can just tell you right now that it cannot be good. Hope The guy find a better job where they actually give him enough help to do his job. Good luck I will assume they’ll be a change of signage within the next six months.

The food is good but it is run by a bunch of carefree teens. I put an online order in and waited 30 minutes before I got there. When I got there they were sitting around and joking about tiktok videos and hadn't even started on my pizza. They also has no other orders at the time. The second time I went there, they is a manager looking guy who always treats me very well.

Ugh…not the mall food court Sbarros that I remember. Floppy crust, tasteless sauce, and greasy cheese.The young lady that helped us was very kind and pleasant.

I literally drive about 9 miles from Temple Terrace to the one on Bruce B Downs, which is my favorite!!! Michael knows how to whip up a pizza!!! Sbarro, I've eaten many pizzas in my life, your brand has become my all time favorite. I now put Godfather's Pizza at a very close 2nd, which speaks volumes!!!! Can you bring a Sbarro's to Temple Terrace sometime soon!!!!????

Sadly this has nothing to do with NY pizza. It’s edible. It has parm mixed in with the mozz cheese and is doughy and heavy. A cross between Boston Greek style and cafeteria or frozen pizza. Sorry- not NY style. At all.
