Holistic trainer here. Had Jury Duty and decided to go here during lunch break. This place is a hidden gem for people living a healthy lifestyle. Good selection of raw vegetables, good dressings, simple protein selection.Ate the food and right away my body felt nourished. Highly recommend if you are starting to eat healthier!

This is the best kept lunch secret in Tampa. California rolls, homemade chicken soup, a fresh salad bar, japchae and pasta salad. The staff is so kind and the food is very fresh. I couldn't recommend it enough for a healthy and delicious lunch.

So dang good! Everything is always so fresh and the place is always clean. The owners are kind and very engaging. Prices are more than fair and the food is DELICIOUS! Love walking here for lunch!

Really nice classic salad bar. Chicken salad was on the sweeter side. Would love to see a spinach or arugula salad mix, and a healthier ranch dressing if possible (maybe thinned out greek yogurt base with the hidden valley spice mix?). Overall pleasant first time experience though
