Had a great time at the hard rock, but went to get dinner to bring home from Burger n Shake. AWEFUL.. JUST AWEFUL! So surprised because it's Hard Rock. Checkers I'm sure makes a better burger off a dollar menu if they have one. The crabcake sandwich and the salmon sandwich, absolutely terrible.. Burger and two sandwiches to bring home to the trash.. Again, I'm so surprised, because it's freaking Hard Rock! What a shame..

AVOID! Horrible burger. Good milkshake. I ordered the veggie and it has literally 2 mushrooms on it and maybe a spoon full of Avacado. ? 99% patty with nothing else. zero sprouts. I asked and they said “oh we don’t have any” I asked for lettuce instead and got a death stare. Note to self: avoid this place. McDonald’s blows this place out the water . The burger was terrible. I didn’t even eat it. I tossed it. Couldn’t get it down. My husbands burger was terrible. I highly reccomend avoiding this place. Hardrock generally has really good food. This place is making them look bad.

Most disgusting burger ever. Order the 2 classic. One with no tomato and lettuce. Nope did not get that right. The other was missing cheese and bacon. Tasted funny, like fish. Fries were ok. Talked to the manger about this worst burger ever. But talking thru a sneeze guard with load music was hopeless. Over 30 dollars only to have upset stomach later. Don't do it.

The chicken cordon bleu burger was simply stunning. From a fresh, soft pillowy bun to the moist, delicious chicken burger, this was simply a treat. The ham slice and Swiss cheese with cascading apple butter jam made this a 9/10 for me. The fries were nice and crispy. I can only hope the creator of this burger wins a Michelin star.

Quick service but a dry and severely overcooked burger. Fries weren't bad. I not sure why when drinks are served freely on the casino floor, this place sells tiny soft drinks with their overpriced combos. Definitely not a fan. I can only hope the other dining establishments in the Hard Rock casino are better.
While visiting Coos Bay we were looking for a great burger for lunch and spotted Shake n Burger. It was by far one of the best bacon cheeseburgers we’ve ever had. Onion rings are delicious also. We enjoyed it so much that we delayed our departure time so we could have lunch one more time before we left!! Delicious food and great service!

Went for my sons 5th birthday lunch and it was delicious. Kids were happy and so were we! Waitress was very kind and attentive.

Bad burgers and the bacon on the bacon burger was so small I thought they had forgot the bacon. No flavor at all, and service was not the normal good even tho only two table full. Certainly seems to have changed…..! Visiting waitresses!!!
