My first time in here. Emerson makes you feel at home, sincere, true and honest customer service. The burger was so juicy and great flavors. I'll definitely recommend and will come back.

Shake Shack Midtown Tampa has great burgers with fresh ingredients and solid flavor. The fries and shakes are good too. The place is clean and the staff are friendly, though the wait time can be a bit long during busy hours. Overall, a nice spot for a quick meal.

We’ve been to the Shake Shack at Midtown Tampa two days in a row because my son (who’s super picky) can’t get enough of their burgers. The place is always spotless, the food’s great, and the staff is so professional and kind. Today he asked why the TVs didn’t have subtitles, and the manager actually came out and made it happen! That kind of service is rare these days. We’ll definitely keep coming back.
