Shake Shack International Plaza

I live 40 minutes away from this location but this staff is amazing and Latrice made this visit well worth the drive.

Shake Shack left such a great impression on my first visit! The space was clean, calm, and relaxing with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The food? Absolutely delicious. The fries had the perfect crunch, and the chicken sandwich was juicy on the inside, perfectly crispy on the outside, and surprisingly big…about the size of my palm and spilling out of the bun in the best way. Everything tasted so fresh and well-prepared.

Unfortunately, my second visit didn’t live up to that same standard. The chicken portion was noticeably smaller and made the sandwich feel more like bread with a bite of chicken. Both the sandwich and fries were lukewarm and lacked the freshness I had been looking forward to. I’m hopeful it was just an off day. When Shake Shack gets it right, it’s really good!

Burgers were excellent, cooked to order. Crinkle fries were good but nothing out of the ordinary. This was our first time here and probably not the best day. It was a Saturday around 3pm and rainy. There was outside seating but not used because it was raining. Inside dining area was small so very cramped. Our only issue was everything was a la carte. We would have preferred meal options. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

I had an outstanding experience at Shake Shack in the International Mall! The place was super clean, the service was incredibly efficient, and the food was delicious. The attentive staff made it even better, and I can’t wait to come back!

Tall Robert is exceptional. You don’t see service like his these days. Had to shout him out and give credit where it’s due.

We’ll be back for sure. (Short Robert and all other staff assisted beautifully as well under the great clear leadership). Attentiveness is on point all around.

Friendly staff, yummy food, quick service. You can order via online, kiosk in person, or with staff. Latrice is always so attentive and kind. This is my go-to spot for a quick bite when I'm at the mall.

Burger was good. They refused to give me a container for my burger to go which was weird. I prob wouldn’t come back again

I had a great experience at the Shake Shack located in the corner of International Plaza. It’s a cozy spot with both indoor and outdoor seating, which gives it a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for grabbing a bite while enjoying the mall vibes.

The service was really good—everyone was friendly and helpful. We did wait around 25 minutes for our food, which felt a little long, but the staff handled everything well and kept things moving.

The food itself was solid. The burger had good flavor, though I found it a bit salty for my taste. The fries were delicious—crispy and well-seasoned. One order of fries was enough for two people to share, which was a nice surprise.

Pricing was fair for the quality and location, and overall I’d say the service was perfect. I really enjoyed the overall vibe and would definitely come back
