This was our first and last trip to Shake Shack….. the food was fair at best and for the price it was awful. I got their French Onion burger and it was disappointing- the flavor was weird and I ended up throwing it away. My son got a chicken sandwich which was just okay and some chicken nuggets which were also just ok.

This is also one of those restaurants where you order your own food & clear your own table but they ask for a tip 🤔🥴😂. I did leave a tip but it’s kind of baffling because they really don’t do much. They did bring out our order to our table but forgot one of the items which I told them about when they dropped off my food. The young lady that brought the food said she’d bring it right back out and then I waited 7 mins before going up to the counter and asking where the nuggets were. Another employee had the nuggets sitting on the counter in the back and said “I don’t know where they went”, so they out in zero effort as well. The dining area is maybe 500 sq ft with maybe 10 tables. So that employee couldn’t be bothered to ask her team members whose food it was or try to figure it out by looking at the dining room. Anyway, these nuggets were now cold but even if they were hot, they still wouldn’t have been very good.

All in all, this place was disappointing and we’d never come back.

I am a creature of habit so shroom burger is my order. Today's shroom burger was great. Flavor is good and cheese inside shroom melted perfect. Like a juicy Lucy if you ever had one.

Ordered online and order was ready when arrived. Promptly served by staff.
Not like a normal location. Much smaller but fits in the venue where located.

I’m from Atlanta me and a friend was just stopping by to grab a bite to eat before heading out to enjoy Tampa and I can honestly say this was by far the best shack!! everyone inside was so pleasant and helpful before I could even finish my food I was speaking to my friend about how this service was top tier and have never got this treatment back home it’s now September writing this review , I visited back in August 29 and I still till this day remember this experience 10/10 even the food was 10/10 thanks to shack member Toni read my mind as she gave me a sticker to scan to even do a review thank you and thanks to all the shack members Robert, Latrice, Ramon, Gary

Tried the shack burger with bacon & dbl smoky bbq burger and it was delicious! Mind you, the spicy fries are actually spicy & that’s coming from someone who eats a lot of spice!

Came in to try the lemonade with popping boba and Latrice helped me choose which flavor to get! Everyone was attentive and refilled our drinks when we needed it

Latrice is absolutely wonderful! She greeted us with such a warm smile and made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. Throughout our meal, she was attentive without ever being intrusive, always making sure we had everything we needed. She clearly takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her guests’ experience. Her positive attitude and friendly personality really stood out and made our visit extra special. Thank you, Latrice, for making our dining experience so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back!
