“I come here frequently. Their smoothies are phenomenal. Yes, of course there has been some customer service issues. But unfortunately it is hard to find people who are 100% perfect. I reached out to their manager for some assistance, due to an issue I had one night. And the manager handled the situation with extreme professionalism. That’s what makes me come back. Their products are beyond the best. And their manager is great. Most of the employees are terrific. But you can’t let one bad apple ruin your day.“

“I went in today to get my medium daily warrior smoothie, and the girl told me I had $2.00 to use on my rewards app. So I told her I would use it and save $2.00. I forgot it was free upgrade Friday and instead of using my rewards I could have just ordered a small and got the free upgrade to the medium. I kind of feel like I wasted $2.00 of my rewards by her not reminding me, so I was a little disappointed. But I didn't want to go through the hassle of having her redo the whole transaction.“
