Was recommended by a friend. Went on a Wednesday afternoon. There was no line. Employee barely spoke to us. Left a 15% tip anyway because I’m not a jerk. Lol.
He started by pouring a liquid onto the cold metal surface, mixed in the brownie, then flattened the whole thing. He then rolled it into little rolls and placed them vertically in a cup. The atmosphere is very friendly and kind, and the station feels like its own little store. First-timers will love the amazing rolled ice cream and Natalia's sweet demeanor, which makes it a place worth revisiting. The staff, including employees like Anna, Mattie, Kenya, and Oreana, are very helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming environment. The vanilla ice cream in thin sheets, mixed with ingredients and rolled into five rolls, looks very interesting. Although some flavors like Mint with Oreos are not on the menu, the team is very accommodating to special requests. Overall, Snowrolls offers very good ice cream, with a warm and cheerful atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
