Horrible service and even worse milkshake. I ordered a dubai milk shake and the cashier didnt have enough change for a $10. She gave me back a penny and said thats all I have. Then she gave me the shake which I couldn't even sip out of my straw. To avoid any drama I grabbed a spoon to eat it like icecream from a cup and it tasted like shit. Never stopping here again!!!!! Don't waste your time

The dubai shake taste terrible

I visited your location today and had a disappointing experience. The employee at the counter seemed to have difficulty understanding English, which made communication challenging. I asked for a vanilla rolled ice cream, and when she asked for the size, I requested to see the cup sizes. She told me to look at the TV display instead. After asking again and getting the same response, I chose a small size to avoid further confusion.
When she prepared the ice cream, the cup was barely filled, the rolls were smushed, and it was already leaking. She told me my total, which was around six dollars and some change. I said she could keep the change, but she handed it back to me, so it seemed she didn’t understand what I said. As soon as I walked away, the ice cream spilled all over my pants and shoe. I also wasn’t given a receipt, so I couldn’t request a refund.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I wanted to make you aware in hopes of improving service and communication. 12/07/25 approximately 2:30 PM

Was so glad to see this at the mall went 35 min before closing the girl looked me and said they have been closed when on google says they close at 8:00pm!!! And not very nice service for your business

If I could leave a No star review I would the lady was so rude I asked her for if they had Dubai chocolate she acted confused when there’s posters all through the stand, I then preceded to ask again if there was Dubai chocolate and she ignored me very horrible customer service!

Lady managing the stand was nice, but they were out of so many options they advertised for. No sugar free, no dairy free, no bubble waffle cone even though their menu stated it as an option. She could not even print a receipt for me. Ice cream was not good. Do not recommend.

The one located in the Tampa Premium Outlets, the attendant is very dismissive with the children, the parents don't speak English but the children do and when the child was placing the order the attendant said that he couldn't hear the children and that an adult had to place the order.

Guy making the ice cream was so inattentive and was having an argument on the phone while making ice cream. He kept touching his phone with his gloved hand and then using same hand to crush the oreos. There was a mother with her 4 kids waiting a while to get his attention but he was focused on his heated phone call. As for the ice cream nothing special. Would not get it again mostly due to the guy serving.

The man who attended me has very bad customer service and does not have good hygiene or handling of the products. He was preparing my Dubai chocolate without gloves, I do not recommend this place at all

OMG what a great treat, amazing taste on our banana split ice cream, so creamy and delicious! Highly recommend, the service was great too!
