Vanilla ice cream in thin sheets has ingredients mixed into it and is then rolled into 5 rolls. Looks very interesting. I ordered Mint with Oreos, which was not on the menu, but the team there was very nice in accommodating my special request.
Mint chocolate is made with chocolate sauce and a rather artificial-looking green mint syrup.
