I say 4 stars but 5 stars because the restaurant was very clean that's +20 and the customer service was great customer service goes a long way I'm the review queen I tell the honestly truth and honestly I would definitely come back again the food was cooked well and tasted good the okra 10/10 best I've hade greens were seasoned well the rice was very much good and moist and turkey wing pretty good and the prices are reasonable will leave another review next time I go but you will not regret coming here if I do say so myself

Food was great my 1st time. I went back the next day to try something different and the food again was great but the attitude of the the young lady taking my order was very much rude and rushing me to order and she messed my order up by giving my mac instead of rice.

Paid 8.50 for a shrimp po boy , it literally had two small shrimps and some crust on the sandwich. If I wasn't in a rush would've requested a refund or tossed it at them . Highly disappointed. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Absolutely will never be back! I spent so much money on burnt non flavored greasy oxtails, plain rice, velveeta boxed Mac n cheese, non flavored baked chicken, smothered pork chops that wasn’t even smothered smh, didn’t even come with a drink!!! I mean when I say unsatisfied! Absolutely unsatisfied! Literally drove 45min to come try this place and I’d rather get Winn-Dixie deli. Just was not pleasing to my taste buds at all!

The menu is very small so I ask server for a hand one no help at all and then a lady come out and gave me one I ordered fish platter and it's one piece of fish cut up in strip but menu said 2 pieces this was my first time and last time they had restrooms out of order on front door so I ask how they washing their hands no reply no smiles no friendly atmosphere and all she say is I just ring up I don't work in kitchen wow ?

I had cat fish and the soul food rolls.The cat fish still had skin on it, was not done and had a fishy taste..! The soul food rolls I only took one bit and the they give you 3 of them…. I’m not sure if they were just having a bad day….! But I will not be eating there again…

The food looked very good. The honey chicken wings and the pink lemonade was the best thing I ordered. The presentation was good. The mac and cheese was bland, the waffles crumbled as soon as they were picked up out of the Styrofoam. The greens were just okay. The chicken was seasoned. The Cajun rice was cold, hard, and wet. The service was cool; the individual who took my order was patient not rude but also not really friendly. I was disappointed with the outcome, would I return... IDK.
