I had an unpleasant experience during my recent visit to this location and, unfortunately, will not be returning. On Friday morning, around 9 AM, I ordered an egg bites, a protein box, and a water bottle. When my food was ready, I collected the egg bites and protein box, took the water bottle from the counter, and proceeded to sit down.
However, a staff member loudly asked if I had ordered a water bottle. I confirmed that I had ordered it at the register, but she responded, "Well, I didn’t see it on the ticket, but don’t worry about it," in a manner that I found quite derogatory. This interaction was both embarrassing and unnecessary, particularly in front of other customers.
As my receipt clearly shows that I had ordered the water bottle, I believe this situation could have been handled more professionally. It would have been more appropriate for her to first clarify with the cashier rather than addressing me in such a confrontational manner, especially since I was already seated and not leaving the store.
it’s important to be mindful and how you’re interaction with customers can really set the tone of their day.

I order the same coffee every time and it only tastes right about maybe 50-70% of the time. I would have given 4 stars but I recently have had coffee from the Starbucks inside of the Target up the street and wow… it’s a MAJOR difference. They seriously need to contact that Starbucks and see what they are doing right because the Target Starbucks has given me the best coffee of my life, and it’s sad because I’m like “wow.. THIS is how it should taste!!”, even down to the customizations. It’s very disappointing because I would prefer to not have to go to Target just for Starbucks, but this location really needs improvement. I have ordered Starbucks from here the last 2 days in a row and it has been bad!

I asked for a caramel macchiato and extra caramel; to my disappointment, as I drive into traffic rushing to my destiny, my coffee has no caramel at all :(

I just needed to charge my phone, they have outlets there for laptops and phone charging abilities. The barista was very kind, made me a cheap decaf since I don’t do caffeine, offered to let me change my phone in the back since there wasn’t an outlet free. They also offer 54 cent refills for dine in, which came in perfect for my wait. Worth the trip.

Even though I’ve only been here few times when I’m in the area. But every time is the best Starbucks experience. They always made my drink to the most of my likings (custom order).
