I popped by this Starbucks on the corner of Hillsborough and Sheldon while in town earlier today. The juxtaposition of leaving bumper-to-bumper madness is unmistakable when you enter the cafe's inviting, warm and relaxing atmosphere. Then, you have Pedro behind the counter, rockin' his Barista skills and knocking out phenomenal Starbucks handcrafted delights for both in store and drive thru patrons! (My Frappuccino was PERFECTION!) A great location and well stocked with foodie stuffs, beverages and, of course, super cool and trendy merch - this shop is IT!

Friendly cashier and staff, but this Starbucks is an example of why the brand is not in a good place.

They mostly ignore anyone who comes in the door because the drive thru is the focus.

Very unwelcoming Will make. you stand for 10 minutes before asking how they may help you it’s slow also so yeah. Never again i’ve seen faster starbucks workers even ordered ahead

I’ve been to this Starbucks several times as my coworkers and I like to treat ourselves here frequently. Lately going there the women that work here are so nasty. In attitude that is. This morning I ordered for a 530am pick up. It was not ready which I didn’t mind however the attitude I received to be there before my drinks were complete was unacceptable. On top of that they were out of pecan syrup. The drive thru lady tells me she doesn’t know how I ordered because it’s “marked off” just before I left I looked on the app again and saw pecan was still readily available so told the lady “just to let you know it’s still available on your app” and instead of just saying okay thank you she snapped and said I don’t have control of that what do you want me to do? Literally told her I was just trying to make her aware. If you’re going for coffee it’s regular overpriced lukewarm Starbucks with bad attitudes so just beware

I’ve been to this Starbucks many times, as I live in the neighborhood. However, when I picked up my mobile order and had already been drinking it, I noticed a long hair on top of my cold foam. I’m very disturbed and disappointed, as it was a waste of money. I would seriously recommend that managers have workers wear hair nets and that customers check their drinks.

go here everyday . the heavy set spanish girl working the window had a attitude and took for er and slammed the door b my face . i will go to cooperate and make this big deal . don’t work at starbucks if your going to be disrespectful to loyal customers !!! august 8th at 6 pm . girl at the window should not be working . That’s ridiculous..

The employee I don’t know HER name and didn’t even want to ask was extremely rude just because of what I was ordering, this was today 7/29/25 at 10:30ish, I’ve never had an issue at any Starbucks, I’ve worked for Starbucks before and Customer service is very important that’s why I’ve never in the 2.5 years I worked there never had a complaint, even if the customer is rude about anything that’s why you have a lead supervisor or manager that if you can’t handle a situation you ask them if they can help you with it. I even told her and explain to her why I wanted my drink done that certain way is because I wanted to add more stuff to it and I knew from a Grande cup I needed to get it in a venti cup but her bad attitude was just a bad experience specially when I wanted my son to try this Matcha drink for the first time. I don’t recommend anyone trying to get their drinks customized in this Starbucks just because of this employee. She needs to get more training on Stellar Customer Service and having manners.
