it baffles me how long this starbucks takes. no less than 10 minutes every time. just now i attempted to give it another shot.. two cars in front of me and my drink still took 15 minutes. nothing good about this starbucks- i do not reccomend.

I’m disappointed because I have been coming here for a whole year and it was good service good drinks and today, I order two drinks at to different times and they both were horrible. Watery. This last one. I said white mocha with vanilla bean and the drink it not mixed well. You can see brown mocha. This morning they greeted but previously they haven’t but will greet the yt people that come in after me. This the only Starbucks close to my home and job. If I had another alternative I would go elsewhere. Then it’s also the keep asking is there anything else we’ll let a customer finish before asking. It’s early in the money and we are trying to get our day started. Please and thank you. 😊

I’ve experienced 2 instances of bad customer service. Manager did nothing to rectify the situation with bad customer service. In a fast paced store there should have been concern as to why there was a man waiting for 10 minutes in the lobby. After calling the store they wanted me to go through the drive thru to pick up the drinks they were ready. I was able to get my money back from corporate. I will not go back again

Lauren is possibly the worst barista I have ever encountered in my life. I told her she made my drink wrong then proceeded to blame it on me, and refused to remake my drink. I will never return and plan on calling corporate because why are such “employees” allowed in an establishment. Do better.

This location gets very busy! But every time I have had it, I don’t think they’ve made any major mistakes on my orders. Sometimes my shaken espressos won’t taste great from here though, as they are hit or miss depending on location I feel.

Very happy with their service and quality of their coffee. I have been there numerous times to order coffee through the drive through and have never had to wait more than maybe three minutes between placing the order and receiving it. Very friendly attendants and a great experience because you don't have to wait long, so if you stop there imon the way somewhere else you probably won't lose a lot of time doing the quick detour.

I am posting this review five stars only because every time I’m in a rush or I come to this location and Noel is working. She takes my order quick. She already knows what I want. She puts me in a better mood. Always cares about how I’m doing this girl goes above and beyond at her job. I appreciate her so much because when I go into the Starbucks and she is not there, I’ll be waiting for 1015 minutes. Everybody has an angry look on their face But when I was working, she’s always in a pleasant mood and I really appreciate her shop service.

Seem a bit lost when complting orders this morning!! 10 minutes behind on estimated times. This Starbucks is messy and lacks quality. At over $6 your for a cup of coffee it should be made correctly with no foam and without caramel all over the outside of the cup. Nor should your breakfast sandwich have melted cheese on the outside of the wrapping.

The baristas working closing night on July 6, 2025 are slow and did not get my order correct, i asked for extra inclusion in my drink, which i did not get after paying extra for it. When we finally got our drinks, she asked if we would like straws and we said yes. She then proceeded to say have a good night and close the window. We waited for a moment but she didn't open the window back so we drove away. We will not be going to this Starbucks again as it seems gossip is more important than serving customers.

They need to update their online hours, it says it closes at 10 PM. I just walked up at 9:15pm and it’s already closed.
The coffee was hot and the paninis were cold. Bad service when taking our order. We are Latinas and they didn't want to understand our English.
NO PEPPERMINT MOCHA & IT IS a Saturday in December???? Manager blew it not to order enough!
