This is my usual starbucks. I dont go often, but I was extra tired today, so I stopped by. Usually, the service is fast and pleasant. Today, the wait took longer than normal, and then they gave me the wrong drink. I didn't think to check it because macchiatos are pretty obvious. I got an iced caramel macchiato instead of the apple crisp oatmilk macchiato I ordered. Good thing I dont have a dairy allergy, and the oatmilk is just a preference. It's definitely disappointing.
This location is BUSY but clean & spacious. The staff work nonstop cranking all your faves, especially good mocha here. Although they're quick to serve, please be patient as they can get super busy.
On Friday the 23rd I order a large Iced Matcha Latte drink. They mess up my drink they gave me Latte Pumpkin Iced.
I went back in and inform them. I waited about 15 min and went back to the counter and asked how long the remake will take.He said take 5min. I look at him is a remake.
It should not take that long to make.
