This could potentially be a really good steak and shake. The problem is a lack of staff. This is an ongoing problem with this location. At most there are three individuals running drive-thru, online orders, inside counter take-out and sit down customers. In general after approximately 4:00 p.m. on a regular basis there is only one person running the whole entire business. the staff was incredibly nice and understanding. it was my husband's and i's first time trying steak 'n shake. we placed the order on the app but we're not sure what went wrong in the app where it didn't load a receipt or order confirmation at all. all we had was the transaction statement and the time of transaction and they made the order for us. we really appreciate it
It was not my Steak n Shake. I missed the table service, that was an important part of dining at Steak n Shake. I ordered the butter steakburger, sorry too greasy, Neither me nor my SIL finished them.
