We absolutely LOVE Strachan’s and visit as often as we can. My only negative is that I’ve been WAITING for the red velvet ice cream to be available but I’ve yet to see it. 😭

First time here with the family. This was a random stop. We were leaving a playground and wanted to treat the kids to some ice cream. Google led us here. Inside is like Ice cream land. Just so beautiful with all the colors, flavors and treats! Did I mention they had various flavors. I wish I can sample them all. I’ll digress. Customer service was good. Staff were patient with the kids. We selected our flavors then went outside to enjoyed our delicious treat. Rewarding feeling...

We had a bit of an issue with our doordash order, but the manager went above and beyond to take care of it himself. Truly appreciated how genuine and kind of him it was. Also everything we ordered was great like always!
