I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It supposedly closes at 9pm. It's 8:30 and I walked in and they said they were closed. This place needs to be shut down.

Had the Turkey Cali Club and the spinach in it was bitter and it has NEVER been bitter ever. Had to throw the sandwich out. On top of being accused of yelling when ordering when I did not yell. I raised my voice as I am.soft spoken, to be heard a bit better and my order was mistaken twice for The Mexicali which is chicken. I clearly ordered the turkey regardless of cali being in both names. The accusation of yelling triggered me as I have been through it from working at McDonald's. They also forgot the bacon and did not tell.me they were out until I heard them tell another customer they were out of something else that was asked for.

Subway's new, 2021 Re-Fresh campaign. New campaign needed to alleviate the negative press about tuna subs not containing accepted and expected tuna content. (Subway claims that their tuna isn't on the current list of acceptable tuna types to be expected). So, here is the Re-Fresh do-over: I ordered a six inch new Baja Steak Sub - the first six bites and the last two bites had ZERO steak - when there was steak, it was tasty - unfortunately, the steak was excessively fatty Not for me All of the commercial blitz ...... instead, Subway should add meat to the sub, so that I don't leave hungry and dissatisfied with a "Salad Sub, with a little bit of steak"

This place is terrible. Half the time employees are high and can’t seem to focus (woman falling asleep standing up) .Ordered two subs yesterday in the app and when I showed up 15-20 minutes after the expected time it was to be ready, and they hadn’t started even making them yet. I go this morning because I I’m still in the mood for a sub. And decided to give them one last shot. It was past 9:30am and the place is closed. Even though google says they should’ve opened at 9am. Going to try not to come here again anytime soon. It’s just a bad experience EVERY TIME.

This place do not have clear understanding of what they sale. I came here waited patiently for 6 minutes and was told they can give me the items for a kids meal but would be charged a 6inch meal because there boss told them they cant sale kids meals right now. not to mention they could only offer me a sandwich no apple juice no apple sauce. NEXT SUBWAY

The worst experience I've ever had to Subway. The staff was completely unprofessional and straight up nasty. Their attitudes need to get checked. I came in and felt extremely rushed they would not let me take my time to decide what I wanted. I wound up having to just order a sandwich that I didn't even like and was literally yelled at because I didn't know what vegetables to put on it when it was a premade sandwich and I said just put whatever comes on it and she said you need to know next time or we're not serving you. I am disgusted and will never come back
